Finally got a response from Imerjn IR:

"Hi,

Thanks for contacting Imerjn Investor Relations.

We have 15,000 shareholders so Mr Radly cannot and will not respond to individual shareholders. As for Inova, Mr Radly resigned from Inova on approximately December 15, 2013. He does not have any authority to comment Inova since he holds no position in Inova. The company's remaining management are responsible for updates to the public, not Mr Radly. We explained in our 10Q that the Trakkers transaction did not meet the closing conditions of the sale and therefore the transaction did not close. Further, Imerjn is not pursuing and has no plan to pursue any business of any kind with Inova.
