Teva buys NuPathe, the migraine patch maker, with a bid about 28% higher than that previously made by Endo Health solutions for PATH.

Does this transaction suggest that Teva might buy out Alexca, the nasal device pulmonary delivery company that Teva already has a sales and marketing agreement for Staccato loxapine, the anti-agitation drug? ALXA was founded by Alexander Zaffaroni of ALZA fame. There are other products using the Staccato platform in development by ALXA.

I own a small slug of ALXA.

Maybe genisi has a view on the suggested Teva buying plan?
