Does this transaction suggest that Teva might buy out Alexca, the nasal device pulmonary delivery company that Teva already has a sales and marketing agreement for Staccato loxapine, the anti-agitation drug? ALXA was founded by Alexander Zaffaroni of ALZA fame. There are other products using the Staccato platform in development by ALXA.
