It is my opinion, that the evidence of QEDN's improved communications is telling! With these Oil leases and permits- it takes a good 10 years to survey and properly test drill for concessions and likewise determinations- hrn the lease and seal permit - 5 more. We're right on target here for more validating news.

As per the last two company news releases and quality DD- it appears we may now be locking up financing as all as advancing on some other more short term revenue engagements. Our CEO is communicating with openness and this improved transparency and move to current status on the OTC is very compelling at this undervalued and attractive pps.


Lets review what QEDN has done of recent :

1- The proper SEC filing was a major step for QEDN

2- Going current PINK enabled more transparency.

3- Publishing every significant document print their acquisition of AFON was completed.

4- Promised us no reverse now and clearly, based on virtually no volume- no dilutive measures.

5- promise for continued transparency potential removal of DTC and net fully trade status

6- indicates that negotiations already have been under way for the financing of several JV deals including he AFON2010 deal! This is massive

if Makmann would show continued transparency and even secure this financing - then it would behoove us all to believe. I'd also like to see some other revenue making deals that will continue to add to our shareholder values. If our CEO continue this trend- it will be most welcomed. The potential here is enormous.

I LOOK FOWARD TO FURTHER VALIDATIONS--- However again- this one was huge!!!
