I agree completely. There are new discoveries all the time.
But this isn't one of them.
Small companies can drill for oil and be successful in other endeavors, again, I agree completely.
But not this one. Especially when these wells they are supposedly on the verge of drilling are deep wells in Ukraine. It's just stupid to think that a company consisting of a PO box and a cell phone in Manchester NH is going to get oil 8,000 feet under Ukraine.
