they do when it comes to unsettle legal matters..

Second it does not make sense to you or me...but It makes perfect sense for KIRK(i think that is his name from IR) Went over other cases too..this guy screams and yells in court. he thinks he owns the world... very arrogant.

I really hope he gets burn badly here and people like him will hold a grudge and keep coming back. There are people out there with that kind of money tend to have extremely clouded judgments.

I didnt say he got the upper hand but He BELIEVE he got the upper hand at this point...that is extending court case and dragging and shorting...its a tool.
