well here is my honest opinion and I think this is what's going on...89 mill is a lot of shorting...I don't think its done by anyone one here on Ihub. maybe they add to it by a couple mil but definitely not them.

IR is shorting, and I think it is highly likely that they will extend the court date.. When doing this, they still got plenty of time to cover because savvy investors will sell on low moral. most don't want to deal with this. Either way IR will make their money. If there is real good solid news and some solid hold, IR will back off but until then. This info should be made avail to all new investors I think because this is purely game. I see it. he is really doing the last wild card...

Shorting-then extend court date...if 100% of us would lock up all our shares and flippers turn into investors and hold out for news IR would be toast.. but I don't think there are team players in this. Hopefully Vic or Hersman is doing something..
