In cases such as this, when the volume is so far out of reality, it becomes meaningless, where they were most likely diluting. Tuesday is a very important day as it has consolidated enough and should not be pushed below .0038. But if it does and dumping volume is high ,dilution seems to be the only option. Be careful with plays of 1000% + average volume. They either run hard or dump hard!
