If I am correct about the 90 day waiting period for Form 15, then we may well be in limbo until end of March. Perhaps there will be some excitement coming back into the stock as we get closer to that time?

Not a lot of shares being sold down at these levels. Someone who wants to accumulate a lot over the next 2 months would probably want to get a little busier...
