talked to the CEO Tom QEDN and here's what he said:
no dilution, no RS
he's shocked that it's at these levels
he is very shocked
He ran big board companies on the AMEX
and that the price evaluation for the stock should be .20-.30 easy.

He also noted that in OTC land, people don't know how to invest or make money. He noted that OTC players are like people who go to Vegas and gamble. And this isn't a stock to gamble with :)
