Al, I have made peace with Brian (for now) by taking the position that but for Brian's perserverance there would be no company and therefore no shares upon which value could increase. Brian has enhanced shareholder value by keeping the company operating. I know that is not what you or I think of in terms of increasing shareholder value but to me the benefit is apparent. While the company's ability to survive as a going concern is still in question, at least we can still debate the question. More than that however, it would appear that Brian has been making valuable connections and substantial inroads toward industry-wide recognition of the KDS technology (Net-Man and TR could expound on that much more than I can). Although it has been an extremely long and painful gestation period, the FASC seeds appear to be taking root. I have always thought that FASC was one of those companies that someday will suddenly become noticed by the market and simply take off. I still feel that way. I guess I can say that thanks to Brian, the dream is still alive.
