Just about every gold mine tailings pile in Arizona has been the focus of investment scams at one time or another. The tailings in Oatman are no different. Given all the evidence about Lumb and his cronies indicating they are serial con-men, it is obvious what is going on here.

Tailing dumps? Go back to your googled definition...... tailings are not dumps, therefore there is no such thing as tailing dumps.
