That email was sent to accredited investors not penny players, but the people around here think they are entitled to everything because the bought some retail shares..

You should have $1 million in assets to take out a private placement, but if you have guts you can do it anyway... how many people on this board have $10k to invest in restricted shares..

I buy restricted shares sometimes and this one would be a good one to buy, you could never get large amounts of shares on the open market without spiking the price...
