Somebody also asked about cloud vs. enterprise and if there's a 1:1 trade going on there as companies migrate their enterprise IT services into the cloud.

Stacey said yes, but I don't buy it. Cloud providers are far more efficient at allocating compute capacity as that is their core competency.

Also, private enterprise will have to buy for peak capacity to handle the once-in-a-while peak load. Cloud must also do this but this is shared with others so there is less overall aggregate compute capacity as it's unlikely that every customer will demand peak load all at the same time.
