I believe you and Gxrjack are probably both correct in what you have heard and what will happen to VHGI.

For Rick Risinger to make this short 8K Amended filing it's likely he is trying to work out a positive move arrangement with the
financial dealers he was organizing with last year to give VHGI a
finalized source of production benefits.
