Ya that's another good point. Just seems odd he put in the filing x amount of shares will pay off 400k. If this was strictly a cash payoff, he could update something and sell less at a higher price. But if debt holders want a piece of the pie they'll want as many shares as possible, hence the after hours dumps at 1. Hopefully he will have something for us tomorrow to discuss.
