Friends of NEWC,

Again I thank you for your continued support. I am working my hardest to reward your belief in NEWC. We have made huge strides these past few months, unfortunately for today's stock price, U.S. small cap investors don't know what it means to get a mining permit approved by a national mining agency. We really don't have any exposure to new investor therefore we sit at these levels.

As mentioned in recent PR's, we are in talks with a major coal producer that wants to enter Colombia. I'm very confident in their ability to help us and will be visiting with them in VA. In Colombia we come across as a major U.S. corporation like Drummond, which is having environmental, public relations, and legal issues right now. Yesterday there was an article published in Dinero Magazaine, the equivalent of Forbes or Money, that suggests Drummond is out and New Colombia Resources is in.

This article, and others like it, opens doors for us. Established mining companies have too much overhang to be attractive to investors, we offer what they can't, a clean, debt free company with huge high quality met coal reserves in the lowest production cost country in the world. As logistics improve and new ports begin operations, Colombia will become the most attractive mining opportunity in the World. I'm getting calls from port operator wanting to work with us.

We have compared the NOBO (Non Objecting Beneficial Owners) list from early Nov. and late Dec. to identify any changes in positions, there are none. It is my firm belief there is an accumulated short position well over 1 MM shares, this is my opinion and should not be interpreted as fact, although www.otchsortreport.com supports this belief. Our planned dividend of the coffee company will slaughter the shorts.

As mentioned in the latest PR, we are finalizing a term sheet for financing to start the rock production as a means to coal. In the meantime, the company needs to move forward. If any of you know of anyone with the ability for a stock purchase directly from the company, please let me know. I stay away from small cap financiers which is why I'm reaching out to you.

More Players in the Coal Business

While Drummond is forced to stop exports because they did not meet the export requirements, other companies like New Colombia Resources take center stage in the business.

While Drummond's outlook darkens, to reduce the impact it will cease operations at the port of Santa Marta, for companies like New Colombia Resources this opens a clear path .

The company received approval from the National Agency of Mining, ANM for their work of their metallurgical coal mine .

New Colombia considers that the approval of the work plan will greatly increase the interest in the company , as they have been taking all the necessary steps to be in production as soon as possible, they are working closely with the authority local environmental approval for environmental permits that detract obtain .

Likewise, the company will submit the permit application for the extraction of raw building materials in the coming weeks . Once the application is accepted , New Colombia will begin the extraction of building materials.

The company will also present its application for an environmental license for the production of coal. With the approval of the work plan this process accelerates .

New Resources Colombia signed a term sheet for the financing , which is expected to close in the coming days . The company is also in talks with major international coal and energy companies interested in entering the field of Colombian coal .

NCR believes they can have the approval of the environmental license for the extraction of coal in the first quarter and expects to generate revenues in the first half of that period. The cash flow generated by the raw building materials allow them to finance their coal operations on better terms .

New Colombia will contract drillers to implement a drilling plan completed last year, these results will be used to complete the NI 43-101 technical report .

"The approval of a work permit by the ANM is a big step forward in our efforts to start coal production . To my knowledge , we will be the only junior international exploration at the conference of coal has approved a mining contract request a work plan for concession in these market conditions. 'm very confident that we are making the right to develop more than 4,000 hectares of metallurgical coal , mostly contacts at our disposal , "said John Field, President of New Resources Colombia .

Transport and logistics

New Resources Colombia intends to sell its coal at the mine gate , unless arrangements are made for sale . The company plans to build or acquire the rail loading facilities on the Magdalena River near its mines.

The coal is trucked to these distribution centers , and then transpotaría through Magdalena river or rail to terminals in Barranquilla , Santa Marta or Cartagena for export routes.

Initially existing logistics providers will be used as transportation projects are developed. Once rail projects and the "Ruta del Sol " New Colombia Resources will have one of the few metallurgical coal mines in the world with river , rail and road access to coal export terminals in both the Atlantic completed and the Pacific .
