Hmm, interesting. Any idea what it means in terms of ECOS? Best guess? I'm guessing it's part of the debt payoff no? If MS agrees to pay off debt at a predetermined amount and we know how many shares it is made up of, wouldn't it make sense to do it this way without affecting the market?
