100% incorrect. How many times must we learn that this is AN SEC REPORTING COMPANY- Halted and delisted or not. THEY ARE REQUIRED TO FILE SEC REPORTS or they will be revoked.

Call the sec or see the 1000's of companies that have already been revoked for this exact reason



wrong... there is no need for financials if the company isn't making any money.
