Victims actually had until 1/7/2014 to subject loss affidavit as that is what I did. Unlike OJ, these crooks may have some cash or victims may get there losses back a little bit at a time as was explained to me by the DOJ. It could be quick or it could take years. We simply don't know what assets they have as of now.
