Maybe Lumb said "No shit. I noticed pps was rock bottom. What are you going to do about it?"
And Ted said "I'd like to do a buyback but there's not enough money"
And Lumb said "I'll loan you the money and wait longer to cash my chips in as long as you get the damn pps up"
