Does everyone understand what I'm trying to say? Ludvik holdings Inc. is now public! Frank cannot sell his company with out selling shares that Ludvik owns. Why would Frank sell any of his shares at less than The purchase price of ludvik holdings Inc.? (21 million) so right now the share price is saying his company is only worth what at .0023? 154mil shares x .0023= $354,000.00

He is not and will not sell shares for less than .20 cents IMO.
