Green Owner, if MZEI had communication with the EPA re: test data sufficiency in early December and the EPA "fast tracked" the review, one may anticipate a decision by the end of February if the Division that MZEI has a 'fast track' system similar to that used by the Pesticide Division. Assuming the division that MZEI is working with uses a similar formulaic calendar, then MZEI should have a very good idea as to the timeframe within which to expect to receive the desired determination.
