I emailed XXII this morning asking whether we have been producing (but not selling)cigarettes since early Dec when we knew our TTB inspection was successful and we would receive our MSA license in Jan. This would have allowed us to not let our facilities and labor sit idle for over a month and would allow us to only have to slap on the required tax sticker and get product rolling out the doors immediately upon license receipt.

Will see if I get an answer.
