OK. I'm going to pick FLIR, again. I mentioned it a couple years ago and since then it has move up a modest 50% from around 20 dolars up to 30 or so now. There are several other manufactures that are now making relatively low cost thermal imaging cameras.

What is new is FLIR has now entered the mainstream consumer market in a big way with a TI Camera integrated with an IPhone case and their separate TI Core.

This is really an evolutionary step in Thermal imaging, in my opinion. Baring any competition, at the price point mentioned, Those things are going to sell like crazy.
