Zeev, if someone doesn't start it by Wednesday or Thursday, I'll try my hand at an initial draft. I'll post it on the "Politics" board and urge others to help improve the wording and the impact. I'm not sure what will be the best way to focus attention on the topic. I suppose, after the draft is complete, we could create a board and put it in the iBox where it would be easy to copy.
