The endpoint in question was ORR. That was never statistically significant and was the point I was trying to make. If PPHM is going to apply for AA, they will have to do it using either ORR, PFS or some revolutionary new biomarker endpoint that the FDA has never used before. None of that was stat. sig. in the phase 2 trial.
