I am just wondering why there has not been much talk of the new higher, David L. Hecht,from the global law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart and Sullivan? Don't you find it suspicious in the fact of where he came from and joins the opposite team? Could it be that he is there to watch over Googles interest, with a potential settlement or buyout on the line? Why not? Vringo has ZTE on the ropes, Asus is in trouble, unloaded pos Facetones which is the only dark spot they had. Many Patents, Va tech, and more. I just keep thinking Google had Vringo hire him to help move this along. May be wrong, but sure hope I am right.
