How do I fix sewer pipe in basement which has 2 inch hole on side and pipe catches water from outside, including roof and terrace..In other pipes with holes I put a brick on top and it is holding for years. I am allergic to plumbers so I must fix this somehow myself.

Oh cannot put the clamp around a rubber thingy as most of pipe underground and nowhere to hold any clamp without causing more damage.
