I must be missing something regarding the shares. My understanding is there is approximately 730M shares issued and of those only about 150M are owned by Sterling and other officers.

If that is the case I don’t think they have the number of shares to make it a done deal. Actually, the shareholders will decide if my information is correct. In most of these penny stocks the insiders usually control the majority of shares but I don’t think that is the case with PHOT.

Just an observation.
