It's hard to compare the two things. These are separate issues. But seriously, you will never see me making definitive statements on anything until it's a known fact. No matter on what. That's what is my biggest critic point, that so many always make definitive statements on things that we later realize were totally wrong.
That said as far as I know SIAF doesn't give out shares every 2 days. They do that in blocks. That's why it would be interesting to get another update now in mid january. I personally think we are close to 140 now but that's just my opinion.
You know what was a definitive statement on the companies side? Back then when they definitely stated that they won't dilute below 1.50 per share. That's a good example. Not that it's important anymore. Just as an example.
