Maybe I missed it but who said anything about whether this number is for dec13th or dec31? I mean what's the difference, 2 weeks? It would be interesting what the O/S is at this point in time now.

Well here you have a statement from 25/12, hope that's good enough for you, I promise my lips are sealed about who told us then that the share count was higher already then

The share count is as of december 13th, so it's most likely a bit higher by now.
