It appears we are both wrong then. I thought the 135M number was as of December 13 but per the company's home page, that remained the correct number as of Dec 31. I attributed the high volume days to dumpers but may have been seeing "ghosts" instead.
Only 6.5M shares have turned over since January 1st (including an estimated volume of 1.6M shares today). If there are 145M, not all of them have hit the market yet.
If we follow The Swede's graph coupled with the report of the "tail end of dilution" and increase the existing share count by 5% (high, low, conservative?), that means an additional 6.8M shares will be issued in the 1st quarter of 2014.
