I thought I was asking that question of jwperk1 as the figures posted did not reflect aids in africa which is a serious threat to our security. I read or heard somewhere that over 60% of the military men of Nigeria have HIV.

BTW - Nigeria has been aggressively combating AIDS and HIV and has lowered the infection rate significantly over the past 4 years.
