The CC contract is costing them money.. essentially they are paying CC to sell subscriptions... so I fail to see how having a contract with CC would enable them to pay off the debt..
Secondly I saw no 8-K either, I'm just noting that the outstanding sharecount is almost equal to the authorized ...
Since GG is far from done it is mere logic to conclude that soon there will be an increase in the authorized shares.
