Nice work King. I was also able to confirm story. Spoke with the Federal Clerks office in San Deigo. Ulsteen's bond is set at One Million dollars, Attorney of record is Knut Johnson. No Indictment yet. The next court date is Jan. 23 for a Probable Cause hearing. When this news hits the Street, it should tank the PPS unless the MM's and others already knew this was shill "Company" and not a shell Company, and are still trying to make big money until pps goes to zero. Don't know why this is not on the street yet, but surely it is will be.
