IMO - be very careful with RFMK and the recent action of this SCAM of stock selling game that is being played out.

Step back and consider the following acts by "Good Old Tom':

> Since Feb 2012 just under 2,000,000,000 share diluted into the RFMK O/S.
> No product, no sales, no measurable revenue by RFMK since 2012
> A big chill by the DTC in 2012, that is still in force
> TOXIC FUNDING DEAL in play financially being supported monthly by RFMK continuous DILUTION of stock
> No execution only forward leading statements providing false hope
> A 10k filing that is fill with holes
> No audit as promised by RFMK back in 2012

If your in position to take the money and run from RFMK - do it; because this pump and dump IMO is about to cave in again.
