YankeMike,its actually you that is posting false information,the "current" O/S is not 3.3 billion--That is the O/S from 12/31--Since Fleming's toxic financing is really kicking in now(700 million shares dumped every month last three months),it is certainly reasonable to assume yet another 700 million shares were dumped in Jan,giving an O/S of nearly 4 Billion--the terms "current O/S" and "gagged TA" are contradictory
