Perhaps it's your area.... I'm in South Florida and both my phone app and laptop are working fine.

I can see the headlines tomorrow..Online trading platforms crash from too many people trying to buy weed stocks.

Everyone is talking about it... I was at the office supply store today and a guy in line behind me was on his bluetooth telling someone different weed stocks to buy... it was just to funny.... puts a whole new twist on the old " Reefer Madness"
