There is a great idea. Let's revive eugenics.

Here are a few hints. Start by claiming these people are genetically deficient. Make cartoons about how inferior they are. Wall them up and talk about how they are comparable to rats in cages. Insist that they either give up their religion or you will destroy them. Talk about how they are the rich banking powers of the world and they are trying to control everything.
