without a Reverse Split the management cannot do anything about the GZFX in the market...it will lay dead in the sea...The reverse split brins back the potential for the company...of course some shareholders will get screwed...but hey we are used to that....some got screwed 2 years ago when everything just stopped...some got screwed while the S-8 surprising popped up...and others got screwed with the 10K...and everyone got screwed with the dilution...I'm not gonna be one just forgeting about all that...I hope the reverse split is monday so I can jump in post reverse split...
