Hi Ned! I have a tendency to do upside trade because this is an indicator for long(er) trades (well usually I do 3-day, weekly, monthly & 90-days so it makes a little sense for me I guess).

I try my best not to get emotional with any stocks. Indeed its okay to buy a stock when its moving up. You must know your resistance/support area though. The more times the stronger the area. Of course the Strength can be found through Volume. Last thing I look at is CATALYST (A potential run-up from current resistance/support and moving volume.)
