how tough can it be to file financials with the SEC?

easy, it is very tough for a scam company such as AVTC that has filed fraudulent financials in the past and has to have its accountant issue a "DO NO RELY ON PREVIOUSLY ISSUED FINANCIALS" warning to investors

hence why scam company AVTC has failed to file the 2012 10K and the 10Q's for the first 3 quarters of 2013

I do note T2000 is conspicuously absent today.
However, once again this stock is up on hype. Unless they ever plan to do an audited filing again, I'd be very leery about buying in here again.
How tough can it be to file?
