Never been late???? WRONG. GET THE FACTS!!!!
They went dark and stopped reporting with the SEC
They are filing a bunch of BS numbers with pinksheets. Unaudited. No audit for YEARS. Not to mention they redid the "September Quarterly" twice. Adding all those shares they forgot to mention the first time they gave to Arthur's 3d company and changing the Author of the filing from David Foley to NTEK. and they also dropped Antony Santos - the NTEK legal counsel that was censured by FINRA and litigated by the SEC. although they still haven't gotten around to dropping Antony's name from PinkSheet company info page.
Here are the 3 different versions of the Sept quarterly reports:
the first in the inactive file:
filed on Oct 16 for the Sept quarterly

there are multiple filings for the same quarters multiple times.

They were late plenty of times when they reported to the SEC.
take a look at all the NT10's. There last 10 was filed back in 2010 with the SEC. And the final 10K never got filed and they went dark.

By February 15th. NanoTech usually delivers their
fins EARLY....a few have been VERY EARLY. NTEK
has not once been late since I have been following.

They were late plenty of times - get the facts.
And it is pretty dang easy to file with pinksheets given they are the wild west and you can submit just about anything.
