I'm a smoker and have no desire to use an e-cigarette, but I'm not quite sure what the objection to them is unless they can be subject to abuse by allowing excessive amounts of nicotine to be absorbed. But that danger could be eliminated by only allowing mild doses of nicotine to be manufactured in cartridges. I'm wondering if we are seeing the power of Big Tobacco in this instance.
