The only miracle Nick could pull off here to save face, would be to do a R/S and merge with Manzo Pharma to take them public.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Just because Manzo has a Facebook page does not mean he has the Patent. Manzo was Part developer in the Product. Trust me when I say Celprogen put up most if not all of the money and has the say so on everything. All Manzo is doing on his Faceabook page is self promoting himself for the future!!! Which in my book is 100% OK and well deserved!!! But as far as him teaming up with anybody. It is not going to happen. Celprogen calls the shots!!!
