Now that GGP is cash flow positive again, I'd like to see them start to buy back some shares and warrants to bring the outstanding count down a bit. If I was in management, I would push for targeting the shares held by Brookfield to lower their percentage of holdings. A buyback would also allow them to juice up the dividend percentage down the road too, if all other influences remain constant. I see the high current share count as one of GGP's strongest headwinds to share price appreciation and dividend growth moving forward.
