You're talking about subliminal advertising.

In the fifties they would flash flash a coke bottle or something during the showing of a movie or TV program.

That's not the same a a company flashing the logo of one of its partners during an ad that is paid for.

The subliminal advertising was trickery, this is not and is absolutley not illegal.
