Obviously, their is very little value for a company that is pre-revenues and loses money aggressively. However, it is important to note a reverse split should have no effect on the value of a security. If a company has 100 shares at $10 the worth of the company is $1,000. If a company has 100,000 shares at .01 the worth of the company is $1,000. The $ price of the stock has no relation to the value of a company. Personally I don't think fuse science is a investable company; I just want to make it clear a split is not a reason to sell or buy has no material effect on valuation.
