Uh Oh, did you forget the Allyn letter to shareholders:

There seems to have been speculation on the investor boards that a Canadian private equity firm, iVest, was taking a position in the company or in iEquity. Nothing could be further from the truth. iVest and iEquity are different companies, focused on different sectors entirely, and there is no relationship between them.

You forgot the storyline at that time - I know it changes a great deal - but the ivest stuff didn't have any legs.
