They are very hard to find, but I found a few one in a million of them. OOIL, is not one of them yet. I do not like to risk buying shares in a company I do not trust, even for a flip. I do not trust Riggs and OOIL at this time.

Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock. Going nowhere fast!
